आरटीओ के फिटनेस सेंटर पर विजिलेंस का छापा ...

कानपुर:- विजिलेंस की टीम ने शनिवार को आरटीओ के फिटनेस सेंटर में छापा मारा। टीम के पहुंचते ही आरटीओ के आरआई (क्षेत्रीय निरीक्षक) बाइक से भाग निकले। टीम ने कुछ दूर पीछा भी किया, हालांकि वे हाथ नहीं आए।
इसके बाद टीम ने वहां की वीडियोग्राफी की। कुछ लोगों से पूछताछ भी की। हालांकि किसी तरह की कानूनी कार्रवाई नहीं की। विजिलेंस ने चार दिन में तीसरी बार आरटीओ ऑफिस में छापा मारा है। पहले दो दिन सर्वोदय नगर स्थित ऑफिस में छापा मारा।
इस बार सुबह करीब नौ बजे टीम पनकी स्थित आरटीओ के फिटनेस सेंटर पहुंची। छानबीन करके टीम एक घंटे बाद लौट गई। विजिलेंस की इस कार्रवाई से आरटीओ दफ्तर के कर्मचारी और अफसर दहशत में रहे।
हालांकि इस बार भी विजिलेंस के अफसरों का कहना है कि उनकी टीम ने कोई छापा नहीं मारा है। पैसे दो, मनचाहा काम कराओ आरटीओ में बड़े पैमाने पर रिश्वतखोरी चलती है। सूत्रों के मुताबिक इसकी जानकारी विजिलेंस को मिली है। इसीलिए टीम लगातार छापा मारकर तथ्य जुटाने में लगी है।
आरटीओ दफ्तर में लाइसेंस बनवाने से लेकर फिटनेस सेंटर पर सर्टिफिकेट बनाने में बड़ा खेल है। दलालों का गिरोह सक्रिय है। पैसे दो और मनचाहा काम कराओ। कई कर्मचारी व एक-दो अधिकारी विजिलेंस की रडार पर हैं।
